12:30 PM - 3:00 PM ...........Presentations, Judging, and Public Viewing (Participants are asked to remain with their poster or in their panel room during this time.)

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM ...........Reception Begins

3:30 PM - 4:15 PM ...........Special Guest Speakers

4:15 PM - 5:00 PM ...........Awards Ceremony (includes Alpha Epsilon Lambda Inductions, Announcement of Brennan Award Winners, and Announcement of Symposium Winners)

Poster Presentation Times

All poster presentations will take place in the Busch Student Center Wool Ballroom (BSC 170-173) and will be available throughout the the Judging time (12:30-3pm).

Paper Presentation Times

We ask that audience members only enter and exit the paper presentation rooms during the period between presentations.
