Zackary Davis (he/him/his) is a Ph.D. student in the American Studies department interested in cultural memory, histories of U.S. capitalism and empire, and pop culture. Before coming to St. Louis, he completed his undergraduate in American Studies, History, and English at the University of Texas.

Jeremy Gries is a Senior who is majoring in Exercise Science, minoring in Nutrition and Interprofessional Education, and pursuing a master’s in athletic training. At Saint Louis University, he is an active member of the SLU Athletic Training Society and the SLU Athletic Training Honor Society, Iota Tau Alpha. He is originally from Puyallup, Washington, and in his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends, working out, and playing basketball.

I am from Franklin, IN. I am entering my 2nd year of the MAT program. I have had amazing clinical experiences with Pattonville High School, Maryville University, and Mercy Orthopedics. I am looking forward to my summer field experience with Purdue University football and to what the rest of the program has in store.

I'm Lokesh Coomar and I am currently pursuing a masters in anatomy here at SLU. I'm from Tampa, FL, and I really enjoy teaching anatomy to students. I hope to continue into the PhD program here, and pursue teaching students in the healthcare professions.

Mawufemor Amuzu is a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Department of Communication. She received her B.A. from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana, where she majored in English and minored in French. Mawufemor is interested in organizational, international and interpersonal communication and hopes to pursue a career as a corporate communication and/or international relations specialist.

My name is Dakotah Kinsella and I am currently a PhD student and Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant in the Albert Gnaegi Center for Health Care Ethics at Saint Louis University. I have a MA in Philosophy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a BA in Neuroscience, Philosophy, and Pre-Medicine from Augustana College. My research interests center around research ethics with vulnerable populations, neuroethics, racial health disparity, clinical decision making, feminist bioethics, and epistemic injustice. I'm thrilled to be representing GSA!

Abner is a historian specializing in the legal and religious history of the Middle Ages. He received his B.A. and Masters degree from the University of Toronto and is a Toronto native.

Ángel is a PhD US history student. He was born and raised in Puerto Rico and his education included a BA in Philosophy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and an MA in US History and Women and Gender Studies graduate minor from SLU. Ángel's current research focuses on the history of US Imperialism from a de-colonial and intersectional perspective. Ángel is passionate about social justice, the outdoors, and the arts.

Evan McAllister is a cultural historian of the Middle Ages. His dissertation examines liturgical quotations present in historical narratives of the twelfth century.

Alex Brinkmeier will be starting her 3rd year in the International Business and Marketing PhD program in Fall of 2023. Before attending SLU, she worked in various roles in the hospitality industry in Myrtle Beach, SC and Louisville KY. Her research focuses on international family businesses.

Erin Hmiel will be a second year graduate student in SLU's Physical Therapy program and also has a minor in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences. She currently serves as Co-President of PTSA. After graduation, she hopes to work within an oncology and pelvic health patient setting.

I am in the didactic year of the PA program and will begin clinical rotations in 2024. I attended Rockhurst University prior to this, where I completed a degree in Exercise Science. I am from St. Louis and am excited to be back home for the program.

Hi everyone! I'm a second-year PhD student in the Dept. of Social Work. I did my dual master's degree from WashU in Social Work and Social Policy and have a BSc in Sociology and Policy Analysis from UMinn. My research looks into parent-child engagement and how that affect's children's moral reasoning. Outside of school, I love to spend time in Forest Park and play an unreasonable amount of Overwatch
